Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths. This involves gathering detailed history, understanding environmental factors, and designing individualized care plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Develop actionable treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds while regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive patient care that encompasses various treatment modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans while ensuring clients feel heard and supported.

Qualifications\n
