This role is designed for remote work, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring comprehensive support for individuals, adolescents, and families. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a range of hours to accommodate both client needs and your personal availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, gathering necessary information to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, enabling clients to progress towards their goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and contributing to holistic treatment strategies that foster optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment interventions, adhering to ethical guidelines and departmental standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
