Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following independent licenses to practice without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature to foster strong client relationships.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate the therapeutic platform and associated documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a community health setting or working remotely in clinical therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with various treatment modalities and experience with low-acuity clients can further enhance your fit for the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
