Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries with efficiency and care. Schedule, confirm, and follow-up on client appointments to ensure a positive experience. Contact clients regarding their service needs, preventative maintenance reminders, and active campaigns and maintain accurate records and communication logs. Support service team by managing appointment flow and maximizing shop capacity. Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.
