As a Sous Chef, you will:

Strategically recruit and develop high-performing culinary partners and future leaders, building a robust internal talent pipeline.
• Maintain active oversight of Back-of-House operations, managing key operational metrics to ensure financial accountability
• Drive service excellence and profitability by implementing strategic action plans, ensuring consistent quality control and flawless execution
• Execute personalized development plans and coaching sessions, actively mentoring team members to accelerate growth and leadership competencies

What we need from you:

Required experience in a Sous Chef or comparable culinary role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Strong coaching and leadership skills focused on actively developing culinary partners
• A commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging, and performance-driven kitchen culture for all team members
• A drive for continuous professional growth, actively seeking and applying feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• Demonstrated ability to drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• The ability to legally work in the United States
