Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to promote personal growth and emotional healing.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions, accommodating those who face geographic or logistical barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation of sessions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude while honoring clients’ diverse experiences and histories.
