Accounts Receivable Specialist I (FT - Work From Home)

[AR Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Annual Salary / Comprehensive Medical-Dental-Vision / 401(k) with company match / PTO / Professional development - As a Accounts Receivable Specialist I, you will: Manage and maintain accurate accounts receivable records for Comp-X Medical Management; Process incoming payments and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate posting to the appropriate accounts; Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable; Communicate with clients and customers to resolve any outstanding payments or billing inquiries; Prepare and distribute monthly reports on accounts receivable status and aging; Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy; Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable processes and make recommendations for improvement.
