Job Title Hemophilia Sales & Business Development Executive (Field‑Based) Location & Working Arrangements This field‑based role requires traveling to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Alternate locations may be considered if the candidate resides within commuting distance of an office. The primary positions are based in Illinois and Washington State. Responsibilities Provide training support and mentorship to sales associates in meeting sales objectives. Leverage business acumen and experience to guide and provide best practices. Partner with the leadership team on individual sales associate goals. Collaborate across the business unit to determine training needs and opportunities. Develop and deliver training on internal processes, sales data analysis, call‑cycle frequency, preparation, and other sales‑related topics. Support sales goal achievement by traveling to train associates, conducting ride‑alongs, and meeting clients and principals. Qualifications BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience focused on customer relationships and business development. Preferred: minimum 2 years of sales training experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $106,216 – $166,566.
