Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Compensation: $45 - 53 /hour, depending on experience Location: Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic contract opportunity to support a technical solutions team working on computational design systems. You’ll play a key role connecting business needs with technical delivery, helping keep projects moving, requirements clear, and stakeholders aligned. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Partner with business and technical teams to align project goals Gather, document, and refine user and technical requirements Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria Prioritize backlog items based on dependencies and value Facilitate agile ceremonies, including standups and retrospectives Track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders Coordinate testing, implementation, and training activities Support issue resolution with quick, practical problem-solving Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field At least 4 years of technical business analysis experience Strong knowledge of agile development practices Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship Experience supporting cross-functional teams Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Project management experience Experience with Jira or Confluence Background in technical or computational systems Experience coordinating with external vendors Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Onsite role in a collaborative office environment Opportunity to support a high-impact technical team Strong communication and coordination are essential If you are interested in learning more about the Business Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
