Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual initial assessments for clients, identifying their specific needs and establishing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote effective communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients across various treatment modalities.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation by recording progress notes, treatment plans, and other vital client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve your service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role allows you to work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges from relationship issues to mental health disorders. Your expertise will extend to working with children, adults, and various demographic groups, ensuring a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy that respects and honors each client's unique narrative.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical therapy setting is necessary.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity.

• Solid knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning utilizing the DSM-5 framework.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
