Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description
\nWe're hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. This role partners with leaders across the organization to deliver insights, improve processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. \n
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights. \n
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance initiatives. \n
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. \n
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Operations teams. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. \n
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience. \n
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Advanced Excel proficiency. \n
- CPA, Power BI, SQL, SAP, BlackLine, or public accounting experience is a plus. \n
