Payroll Administrator (Alliance Security) Manhattan, NY, United States of America $29.00 – $29.00 Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on time using WinTeam Review, verify, and reconcile employee timekeeping data and schedules Monitor overtime, absences, vacation, and PTO in line with union agreements Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and discrepancy resolution Prepare and submit payroll reports, adjustments, and special payroll runs (bonuses, holidays, year‑end payouts) Maintain detailed payroll records and assist with audits or special projects Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience with high-volume, weekly payroll processing Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with payroll systems such as WinTeam, ADP, Kronos, Valiant, or Ascentis Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of union contracts (32 BJ; N.U.S.O.G) and labor law related to payroll is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree Prior experience working with payroll software and timekeeping systems Ability to manage confidential data with integrity Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Hourly Rate: $29.00 Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Benefits Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, 401K/403b Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance-Building-Services
