Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and specific therapeutic needs, ensuring all relevant intake documentation is accurately completed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of each client, applying various psychotherapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Establish specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, employing targeted psychological interventions to facilitate their progress and adaptability in daily functioning.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance and creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Engage in vocational, experiential, and family counseling as needed, integrating resources and tools that support holistic client development.

• Coordinate with local community resources and referral sources to maximize client support, networking extensively within Monroeville's community to bridge services effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
