Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative and staff support services to assigned individuals and functional areas. The role involves managing a wide variety of complex assignments that are both critical and confidential in nature. The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the supervisor is informed of all situations involving sensitive customer, associate, and company information, as well as how such information is stored and protected. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars with strong attention to detail. Provide administrative support to VP-level or senior leadership. Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently. Maintain a high level of organization and time management. Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills. Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion. Proactively identify solutions, such as recognizing scheduling conflicts and suggesting alternatives. Anticipate executive needs and coordinate with stakeholders independently. Take ownership of business requests and drive them to resolution. Essential Skills Advanced proficiency in Outlook. Strong executive calendar management experience. Experience supporting VP-level or senior leadership. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High degree of discretion with confidential information. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior support of Accounting, Finance, Shared Services, or Operations leadership. Experience supporting large corporate organizations. Concur experience. Event planning experience. Project coordination experience. Exposure to onboarding or facilities coordination. Work Environment The position is primarily onsite, requiring presence and engagement with the Salisbury leadership team. The current requirement is at least three days onsite, with a preference for additional office presence. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Salisbury, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
