Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Your role will be critical in guiding clients towards improved mental health by employing evidence-based practices. Implement various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions. Your compassionate and empathetic approach will help clients build resilience and foster renewed hope. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals coping with a wide spectrum of mental health issues, such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, among others. You will work with a diverse population, allowing you to apply your skills and knowledge to effectively support clients' unique journeys to wellness. Qualifications A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is mandatory. Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual client needs effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients.
