Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing clinicians to work from the comfort of their homes or any location that best suits their personal preferences. We leverage advanced telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and effective therapy delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Our Operations team manages the administrative processes, enabling therapists to devote their energy to providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients. Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 participants, focusing on fostering strong relationships and promoting sustainable healing. Deliver individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support diverse needs. Participate in weekly case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and enhance therapeutic techniques. Engage in continuous professional development through free access to online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) relevant to licensing requirements. Maintain a flexible schedule, accommodating a minimum of 12 hours per week for 1099 contractors or full-time hours for W2 employees, including evening and weekend availability as necessary. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex mental health challenges. Therapists at Renewal Mind have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, enhancing their experience and expertise. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required. Current licensure in your respective field is mandatory, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Flexibility to commit to between 12-40 hours per week based on whether you choose a 1099 contract or a W2 employment status. Preferred Experience Experience in providing mental health services via telehealth platforms is highly preferred. Prior experience working with adolescent and young adult populations is beneficial. Advanced therapeutic skills in individual, group, and family counseling practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
