Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Facilitate therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in navigating their mental health journeys. Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Actively participate in cross-disciplinary case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness and learn from colleagues' insights. Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to foster resilience and empowerment. Stay informed on the latest developments and research in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your practice to improve client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, from young adults to seniors, who are dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. Qualifications A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships and enhance client engagement. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for effectively addressing complex client situations.
