Sr. Director, Site Merchandising - Ready to Wear New York, NY, United States Full-time Schedule $206,400 – $343,920 annually* * based on job, location and schedule Job Description Job Overview The Sr. Director of Site Performance is accountable for monitoring, optimizing and impacting site performance by leveraging real-time data and insights. Additionally, they will enhance and monitor the QA process in close collaboration with Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising, devise continuous‑improvement solutions and ultimately boost traffic and performance. They will work closely with Product and UX/UI teams to identify and prioritize necessary changes, leading the Site Analytics, Site Execution and Site Experience teams and supporting the category Site Merchandising and SEO teams. What You Will Do Drive relentless focus on site performance by identifying successes, improvement areas and determining necessary changes on a daily, weekly and long‑term basis. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners, including Marketing, Merchandising and the Product team, to implement changes that drive performance improvements on the site. Ensure best‑in‑class site execution for sitewide events, promotions, sitelets and other marketing content, including homepage execution and optimization in partnership with Brand teams. Ensure an optimal site experience through a rigorous quality assurance process. Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process and propose enhancement solutions. Lead a team of professional colleagues, focusing on creating a strong culture and driving colleague engagement. Knowledge, insight and understanding of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business and the ability to apply this appropriately to diverse situations. Functional Proficiency : Knowledge of major responsibilities, accountabilities and organization of the enterprise. Data Literacy : Must have superior analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Who You Are Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. MBA preferred. 12–15 years relevant professional experience required. 10–12 years of experience in retail/e‑commerce/online product management, strategy and/or consulting and leading & managing direct and indirect reports. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, use hands/fingers to touch, handle and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
