Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to identify their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Designing individualized treatment programs that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote optimal recovery.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service and engaging positively with patients and their families to ensure a compassionate care experience.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, actively participating in case discussions and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA or CAPTE-approved).
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate clear interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer software to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Mobility PT offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
