Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs through thorough examinations.
• Develop individualized and comprehensive treatment plans based on patient goals, providing targeted therapeutic interventions that prioritize recovery and functionality.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Facilitate patient progress by managing a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention during each session.
• Document patient care services accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive health care solutions for patients.
• Engage patients in their treatment process, motivating them to follow through with home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications that support long-term recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Maintain a therapeutic and supportive environment that emphasizes patient education on injury prevention and wellness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves individuals with orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. With a focus on partnering with patients who have private medical insurance, our approach emphasizes personalized care that revolves around the unique needs of each individual. Qualifications

• Valid Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid Virginia state license as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment tools and rehabilitation technologies, including experience with EMR systems (preferably WebPT).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, with a proven ability to manage diverse patient needs.
• Background in sports medicine or functional movement analysis would be an asset.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing personalized exercise programs tailored to individual abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
