Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite—serving patients right in their homes, where our therapists can create tailored treatment plans that fit seamlessly into the patients' daily routines. Engaging with families and caregivers, our therapists build strong therapeutic relationships, making the home environment an integral part of the healing process. We believe in a flexible work schedule, allowing therapists to choose their hours Monday through Friday, enhancing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in their home setting, assessing their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercises, stretching routines, hands-on manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment designed to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as required after each session to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Reassess and redefine therapeutic goals on a regular basis, adapting individual treatment plans based on patients' evolving conditions and capabilities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, assistive devices, and proper physical therapy techniques to encourage independence and self-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, exchanging insights and strategies that contribute to comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and skills by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities relevant to physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will include individuals of all ages coping with a range of conditions, from post-surgical recovery and orthopedic issues to chronic pain management and neurological rehabilitation. Working closely with patients in their home environments allows you to address not only the physical aspects of their recovery but also the emotional and social dimensions, fostering a holistic approach to healing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a valid state license to practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in using standard computer software for documentation and reporting.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to managing diverse patient needs in various settings.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply, as we emphasize mentorship and professional growth.
• Experience in home care settings is a plus, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive onboarding and training.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
