Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, history, and strengths.

• Develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to caseload management.
