Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, including individuals, couples, and families, to identify their unique therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through video conferencing, adapting your approach to dynamically engage with clients in the online setting.

• Participate in clinical supervision, ongoing training, and peer consultation to enhance your skills and practice across various therapeutic techniques.

• Stay informed on emerging trends and research within the field of marriage and family therapy to integrate new knowledge into your practice.

• Ensure the maintenance of client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as established by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing therapy, with direct involvement in developing and executing treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills, particularly comfortable in virtual environments, and the ability to foster an empathetic connection with clients through digital platforms.

• Proficiency with online therapy tools and software that enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
