Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Armonk, NY. Responsibilities Writes automation/agent requirements, not CRUD stories – can decompose a process into rules verses exceptions (deterministic-first) and specify confidence thresholds + human-in-the-loop escalation Story tooling and traceability in GUS (Jira/ADO equivalent); Builds a requirements-traceability matrix Strong discovery facilitation – runs SME workshops, maps end-to-end flows (Lucid/Miro) ROI/level-of-effort framing to drive prioritization Ways of working: thrives in a POC-first, incomplete-requirements environment (can write stories after a prototype demo), Slack-first, working across the company + client Requirements Requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and traceability back to SOPs Domain: Source-to-Pay (PIR; PR; PO), AP, expense, or partner ops; Coupa and/or Workday exposure a strong plus; SOX/segregation-of-duties awareness The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
