Staff Management Group is seeking an experienced OfficeManager to lead our branch. This role oversees daily office operations, supervises the Staffing Specialist team, supports client relationships, and ensures recruiting, onboarding, and employee placement goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support the branch Staffing Specialists
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee placement activities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve employee or client concerns
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and hiring goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment documentation requirements
- Support business development and client site visits as needed
- Manage daily branch operations while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, or branch management experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
