As a lead cook, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional foodservice professionals. What you'll be doing: Overseeing and assisting with the preparation and service of food items. Following established recipes to ensure consistency, quality, and proper portioning. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the kitchen and dishwashing areas. Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment as needed. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards and procedures. Monitoring food usage and inventory to help control costs and minimize waste. Preparing and serving food on the tray line while providing efficient, quality service. What we're looking for: Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.
