Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status while utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Develop individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and address unique patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide effective outpatient therapy. This includes developing treatment objectives in collaboration with patients and their families, continually monitoring progress and adjusting interventions accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment reports, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Coordinate care by establishing effective working relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers. This includes linking patients to necessary resources and services relevant to their treatment plan.

• Contribute to the professional development of the team by providing education and mentoring to interns, volunteers, and new team members.

• Participate in clinical supervision and peer review processes as needed to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits\n
