Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations of clients to assess mental health needs and identify both strengths and challenges.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including group and family therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that delineate specific goals and interventions, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—comprising doctors, nurses, and other health professionals—to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing risk assessments and safety planning as critical components of your care strategy.

• Advocate for client rights and connect individuals with community resources, offering case management support to facilitate access to services.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking care.

You will primarily work with clients and families facing end-of-life transitions, offering emotional support and guidance during a profoundly challenging phase of life. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
