Job Description
Small Midtown Manhattan business is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person for part-time daytime work. This position could be a good fit for someone in hospitality, theater, acting, or another field with an evening or flexible schedule who is looking for steady daytime hours.
Responsibilities include weighing and recording materials, operating simple testing equipment, photographing and labeling incoming items, entering information into our system, and helping keep daily transactions organized.
No prior industry experience is necessary. We will train the right person.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely accurate and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with a digital scale and computer
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable learning new equipment and procedures
- Available during weekday daytime hours
Location: Midtown Manhattan, near Times Square/Theater District
Schedule: Part-time to start, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows
Pay: $[X] per hour
