Service Center Murrieta - Office Manager Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including providing front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and record‑keeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and ensuring a world‑class customer experience by consistently applying all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure’s through ongoing training and monitoring. Responsibilities Assist front office teammates with tools, training, and information. Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR administration. Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures. Deliver world‑class customer experience by applying SOPs. Continuously train and monitor staff for SOP compliance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience within a customer‑facing environment. 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred). Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Must be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions. Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. Adapt to competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers. Benefits Starting at $22 per hour.
