As a Sales Engineer II for Huntress, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' security posture. You will partner with customers to identify potential security issues and collaborate with various teams to voice customer needs effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to engage with technical teams and C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to enhance security posture.
- Identify and communicate potential security problems to technical teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering or similar role in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools such as RMMs, PSAs, and SIEMs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to present to various audiences, including C-level executives.
