Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions to clients, focusing on a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues, through our live video format.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our patients.
\n
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and client feedback tools to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes digital tools designed to facilitate efficient documentation.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and share best practices within our supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support adolescents navigating mental health challenges, providing them with empathetic treatment tailored to their unique circumstances. Our team is dedicated to offering compassionate support, fostering a safe space for clients to process their emotions, and focusing on solutions that empower individuals in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
\n
• Strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a multidisciplinary team setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing meaningful rapport with a diverse array of patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with adolescents or in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with cloud-based therapy platforms and remote counseling technologies.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience, education, and geographic considerations.
