Your roleThe On-site Service Engineer Team Lead is responsible for performing and supervising semi-routine preventative maintenance of products through well-defined schedules and procedures. Main Responsibilities:• Directs team daily operational activities while providing single point of contact for customer for all Installation Qualification related issues.• Establishes and audits local operating procedures to provide a training aid and reference source for Edwards and customer personnel.• Performs special projects at customer site with supervision as needed from senior technical experts or project management.• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed using local database.
