We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead U.S. growth initiatives for a global innovator in ADAS and autonomous driving solutions. In this role, you’ll drive strategic partnerships, engage directly with major OEMs, and be instrumental in expanding the business' footprint across the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity to represent cutting-edge technology and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic, fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing OEM clients and identify new strategic partners. Lead end-to-end business development initiatives from planning to execution. Represent the company in client meetings, product demos, and industry events. Analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and shape regional strategies. Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver aligned solutions. Provide leadership with regular updates on business opportunities and pipeline health. What You Bring: 5+ years of senior-level business development experience in the ADAS/AV sector. Deep relationships with decision-makers at major OEMs (must-have). Proven ability to manage and grow complex customer accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. You'll be part of a mission to revolutionize mobility—developing solutions that reduce accidents and enable autonomous driving at scale.
