Key Responsibilities\n

As a vital member of our clinical team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Providing consultations to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
\n
• Completing all required documentation within established regulatory standards and timelines.
\n
• Employing evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Serving as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support.
\n
• Maintaining open, effective communication with stakeholders to fulfill contract obligations and promote our mission within the community.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to identify opportunities for collaboration and funding.

• Engaging in continual personal and professional development through conferences, group engagements, and representation of the agency.

• Promoting our agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your role.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n
