Work Environment This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their practice and work-life balance effectively. You will have access to an outpatient office setting for supervision and team meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients at various developmental stages. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' backgrounds, strengths, and challenges, guiding the development of effective treatment goals. Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the unique therapeutic needs of each individual or family. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams as well as community partners to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of client well-being are addressed. Maintain accurate and timely client progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications Education: Completion of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology is required. Licensing: Must hold an independent, fully licensed credential to practice mental health counseling as follows: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) No limited or provisional licenses accepted. Clear records without disciplinary actions are essential. Preferred Experience Experience working with various age groups and a range of issues. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to streamline patient care and documentation. Strong analytical skills for effective treatment planning and evaluation. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
