Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and diagnoses.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Provide ongoing individual and group counseling sessions utilizing effective therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress and regularly review treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when clients require additional support or medication management.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a commitment to confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults who may be dealing with various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, and behavioral issues. Your ability to empathize with clients from different backgrounds and experiences will be essential in building trust and fostering a constructive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Profound knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations with poise and professionalism.

• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
