Our organization is open Monday through Saturday, providing therapists the flexibility to create their own schedules. You will benefit from our in-house credentialing, as well as support with insurance participation and scheduling to streamline your workflow. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings and documentation processes, ensuring continuous communication regarding client assessments, treatment interventions, and care plans.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to facilitate the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide case management services, ensuring that clients have access to necessary resources by connecting with community professionals and programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to departmental protocols, upholding ethical standards and compliance within the therapeutic process.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Lifeline Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Arizona.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Flexibility to provide therapy sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, determined by your experience and credentials.
