Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized remote therapy sessions, utilizing our secure online platform to ensure client privacy and confidentiality.

• Assess client needs through initial evaluations and ongoing dialogues, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with each client's mental health goals.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies in response to changing needs or challenges faced by the client.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and timely medical records, documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will be equipped to adapt your therapeutic approach based on individual client needs, fostering an empathetic and effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. Higher education such as a Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist, including qualifications such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
