Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to better understand each client's unique mental health challenges. Use these insights to craft individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, to promote client growth and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Garden of Mary Psychological Center, you will engage with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your critical role will involve helping these individuals navigate their struggles, support their recovery journey, and ultimately foster resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach while working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
