Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Details Experience: Mid Level Salary: $25 - $27 per hour A growing hospitality management company is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join its corporate accounting team. This is a high-volume, hands‑on role supporting the AP function across a portfolio of 8 hotel properties. You will work closely with the CFO and interact regularly with property‑level General Managers to keep invoices moving, coding accurate, and vendors happy. This is a clerk-level role with real responsibility. The right person is organized, communicative, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You’ll Do Process and verify a high volume of invoices across multiple hotel properties, cross‑referencing and auditing AI‑inputted data to ensure accuracy and proper GL coding Manage vendor communications, including follow‑up on outstanding invoices and resolution of discrepancies Liaise with General Managers and internal stakeholders to gather approvals and resolve coding questions Support month‑end close activities including AP documentation and reconciliations Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance of vendor files Handle administrative tasks and general support for the accounting team as needed What You Bring 4+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in high‑volume environments Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with hospitality accounting software a plus; familiarity with Aptech or similar back‑offi­ce platforms is a bonus Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities A bit about us We are a third‑party hotel management company with a portfolio of properties across the region.
