Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, including gathering medical histories and formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to ensure the best engagement and outcome for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, offering support and strategies to manage their situation effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, consistent with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategies, advocating for client needs to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and current research to remain informed on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
