Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Experience delivering SLP services in a school setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reports in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations
• Offer guidance and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies for communication needs
• Communicate progress with students, caregivers, and staff throughout the school year

This contract position begins August 4th, 2026, and concludes May 28th, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Assignments are based at an elementary and a middle-high school, offering variety and professional growth within the school year.
