Key Qualifications:

• Valid Florida SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed records for students with communication needs
• Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ progress and facilitate successful participation in classroom activities
• Monitor and report on student outcomes in alignment with IEP goals and district standards
• Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings and staff development sessions as needed
• Support multiple campuses, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
