Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school environment is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate the unique needs of both elementary and secondary students
• Motivation to contribute within a multidisciplinary educational team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and documentation as required by district policies and state guidelines
• Offer support for generalization of speech and language skills across classroom environments
• Participate in team meetings and continuing professional development
