Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients in the accounting and finance sector looking to fill a Staff Accountant job for the corporate office located in San Jose, CA. This is a 100% in-office position. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant. The job will assist with the month-end close, handle month-end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits
• Strong with reconciliations
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel able to do pivot table and vlookups
• Software experience with a medium to large ERP is preferred
• Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver
• Strong communications (written & verbal)
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant (Staff Accountant, Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper)
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
