Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay current on research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and productive team meetings, actively participating in continuous professional development.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
