Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating receiving, shipping, and general administrative activities based on business needs. This position supports daily plant operations through accurate data entry, document preparation, inventory tracking, and general clerical support.

Responsibilities

• Support plant receiving, drum staging, profile access, and document printing.
• Enter information into PowerSuite, WIN, local databases, and other required systems.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Print and prepare outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outgoing loads.
• Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck paperwork.
• Maintain trailer inventories and enter information into shared Outlook files.
• Scan and track designated storage areas.
• Create TPO shipping papers for rejected materials.
• Manage supplies and maintain proper housekeeping within the assigned work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to three years of related administrative, receiving, shipping, or facility experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Strong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to travel less than 10%.
