Software Developer & Operations Coordinator (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Software Developer & Operations Coordinator to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Debug, test, and deploy existing web applications built through Claude Code .
• Develop new web applications and features based on business requirements and specifications.
• Recommend software improvements, automation opportunities, and new technology solutions.
• Manage and organize operational workflows across multiple business functions.
• Assist with documentation, task prioritization, and process optimization.
• Support shared task management systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct research and present well-reasoned solutions to technical and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure projects and operational tasks remain on track.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency with Claude Code and web application development
• Experience with development platforms and cloud services
• Strong debugging, testing, and deployment experience
• Ability to recommend and integrate software tools to improve business operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a 100% Remote/Work-From-Home job

Salary Package (with HMO):

• PHP 75,000 – PHP 78,000 (Fixed monthly salary based on the client's budget.)
