Human Resources Director Location: Downtown Boston, MA (100% On Site, Monday through Friday) Salary: $150,000-$170,000 An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy while remaining hands-on across all core human resources functions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. * Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. * Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices that support a high-performing culture. * Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership matters. * Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. * Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives. * Manage and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred. * 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management. * Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead organizational change. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
